Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within target industries.
Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from prospecting to closing.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business initiatives.
Negotiate and close large-scale contracts and partnership agreements that contribute to long-term growth.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level business developers, supporting skill development and goal achievement.
Present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
Proven success in building and maintaining high-value client relationships and exceeding growth targets.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and business analytics tools.
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
