We are seeking a Operations Manager to join our Saudi Arabia team and lead the on-ground execution of dKilo’s DOOH network. You will be responsible for managing operational activities, coordinating campaigns, overseeing device performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our local partners, clients, and regional teams. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to maintaining dKilo’s operational excellence in the KSA market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across dKilo’s DOOH network in Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate with the regional operations and tech teams to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and monitoring of digital screens and devices.
Ensure the accurate and timely launch of advertising campaigns across the network.
Supervise field teams, vendors, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operational flow.
Track and analyze device uptime, campaign delivery, and operational performance metrics.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, assets, and deployment schedules.
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate closely with the sales and client servicing teams to align operational priorities with campaign goals.
Prepare and submit regular performance and operations reports to the Head Office.
Support automation initiatives and contribute to improving operational efficiency and scalability in the KSA market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably in media, advertising, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of digital or DOOH advertising environments is a major advantage.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
Strong communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.
Experience managing vendors, logistics, or field teams in Saudi Arabia.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
