We’re seeking a Account Manager to manage key client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive account growth. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, objectives are met, and clients experience the full value of dKilo’s media solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.


  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization in collaboration with the sales, creative, and operations teams.


  • Develop and present proposals, media plans, and post-campaign reports based on performance insights.


  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client partnerships.


  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet deadlines, technical requirements, and brand expectations.


  • Monitor live campaigns and coordinate with the operations team to resolve any on-ground or technical issues.


  • Analyze performance data to provide clients with meaningful insights and ROI-driven recommendations.


  • Maintain accurate account records, budgets, and reports using CRM tools.


  • Support junior account executives and contribute to team-wide best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.


  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or media sales, preferably within advertising, marketing, or digital media.


  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office and CRM or project management tools (HubSpot, Trello, Notion, etc.).


  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
